Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Expresshop.in, we sell digital products such as website templates, infographic templates, invoice templates, and other digital assets.
Since our products are digitally delivered, they are considered used and consumed immediately after download.

Therefore, we do not provide refunds or returns except in the limited circumstances mentioned below.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable if:

  1. Non-Delivery of Product – You did not receive the product download link/email due to technical issues.
  2. Missing Product – The product you purchased is incomplete or key files are missing.
  3. Defective or Corrupted Product File – The product file is damaged or cannot be accessed/used.

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of purchase by writing to CARETRENDIGO@GMAIL.COM with proof of issue (order details, screenshots, error messages).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Wrong product selection by the customer
  • Lack of knowledge on how to use the product
  • Product incompatibility with third-party software (unless clearly stated in product description)
  • Delay in download due to slow internet or personal device issues

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is verified and approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method as per RBI and banking guidelines.
  • Any failed or delayed refunds caused by banks or payment providers are outside our control, but we will assist you with tracking the refund.

5. Returns

  • Since our products are digital goods, returns are not applicable.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compatibility and suitability of the product before purchase.
